Part-Time Customer Service Assistants

The successful candidate will be tasked to assist customers with ticket bookings for events, handle enquiries and attend to hotline calls in the Call Centre.

Pre-requisites:
  • GCE "O"/"A" Levels/ITC/NTC
  • Good customer service and phone communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Able to perform rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
  • Workplace will be at the Singapore Indoor Stadium
  • Housewives and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working Hours (Rotating Shift):

Monday to Saturday
  • 9.45am to 2.00pm
  • 1.45pm to 6.00pm
  • 5.45pm to 10.00pm

Sunday
  • 12 noon to 8pm

Customer Service Officers, Call Centre

We're looking for outgoing and energetic applicants who enjoys team work and camaraderie; and can multi-task efficiently at the same time.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all inbound and outbound calls handling general enquiries and all activities relating to shows/events
  • Manage and motivate a team of customer service assistants
  • Lead the team in handling complex and difficult customer situations; offer advice/resolution for effective service recovery
  • Manage complex operational duties

Requirements:
  • Diploma/GCE "O"/"A" Level with about 1 year of working experience in the service industry
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good phone etiquette and proficient in English plus one other language
  • Must be a team player, task oriented and possess good customer service skills
  • Attention to details with strong follow-up skills
  • Able to perform rotating shift schedules (5 days, 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm) including weekends and public holidays at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
